A single legal entity, Pine Labs Private Limited, has been formed following the completion of the merger of merchant commerce omnichannel platform Pine Labs and Qwikcilver Solutions.

The existing products, solutions, platforms, and programs from Qwikcilver will continue to operate without impacting users. Further, all cobranded prepaid payment instruments (PPIs) under Qwikcilver will continue to be issued by Pine Labs under the same brand name.
